Great service. Very tidy, prompt and courteous. Two AC units inside and one outside, you wouldn’t know they had been in the house) other than the fact we now have lots of cool air! And at a very fair price.Highly recommend Will and Andrew from Copley Cooling.
Rod Mason15 August 2026A big thank you to William and Andy for doing our air conditioning to the bedrooms such a professional job and we have booked them to do two more rooms I would highly recommend them Thank you
Harry Clark7 August 2026Will & Chris did a fantastic job. They installed a Samsung Windfree unit in the main bedroom. It only took a few hours and the unit & fan look very neat and have been installed very professionally. The unit is so quiet & very effective at keeping the room cool. Game changer!
Paulene Horrocks6 August 2026We are delighted with our new air conditioning system and we couldn’t have chosen a better company to install it. A straightforward process from quote to completion. Will is very knowledgeable and helped us to select the best system for us, and on the day of install they were very neat and tidy. Excellent company!
Andrew Craven3 August 2026An utterly professional cooling company with a great team spirit shown on installation day. Installation went very well and was minimal-intrusive and respectful. I already relayed my recommendation to my neighbours!
Austin Bryan29 July 2026When I first had the idea of having aircon installed, I went on line looked for firms in the Horsham area. When I found Copley Cooling Ltd, the comments of “satisfied” customers seemed too good to be true. However I persisted and within a couple of days Will came to see us. He painted a realistic picture of all the pros and cons and gave really good advice on how to fit the equipment into our somewhat idiosyncratic house in a suitable way. We opted for quality equipment and it is absolutely superb. I am sitting in confort today while outside the heat is unbearable. When Will and his team came to install the aircon it was done with efficiency, humour and consideration. The only downer was that, having spent all that money, we found that our fuse box was not up to the mark and had to be replaced, but it was probably necessary anyway. It has been a very happy experience.
sam russell25 July 2026The overall experience has been excellent. From the start Will was very clear and responsive in all communications, fitting in an initial visit and quote at short notice. The installation date he gave never moved and he and the team were here for 2 days installing 5 air conditioning units. They were friendly, polite and very clean (cleaning up any dust etc from the installation as they went). We would highly recommend using them if you’re in need of air conditioning in this heat!
Clair21 July 2026Quick fitting. House left clean and tidy. Air con unit works brilliantly and has really proved a great investment in keeping house house cool already
malcolm wright16 July 2026We were delighted with the Samsung air conditioning units fitted by Copley Cooling. They have made a huge difference in our home and we particularly appreciate the wind free feature. They have made installation was carried out very professionally with everything cleaned and tidied. The units were fitted in a manner to make them as discreet as possible. Thank you!
Rod K4 July 2026Will & Luke installed two Samsung A/C units. The installation was very neat and everything was cleared up afterwards. I feel I'm now in a position to deal with future heatwaves with a cool study and bedroom. Almost looking forward to it!! Thanks guys for the advice and the quality installation. I thoroughly recommend Copley Cooling Ltd.
Elly Andrews30 June 2026Fantastic service from Will and the team! Very pleased with our air conditioning system, and the service, professionalism and response from Copley Cooling. The Samsung units installed are brilliant, almost silent and are remarkably discrete. They cool our bedrooms so quickly. Would 100% recommend. I am actually looking forward to the next heatwave!
Adam McIntosh17 June 2026Fantastic service from start to finish! We recently had five air conditioning units installed (three upstairs in the bedrooms and two downstairs), and the entire experience was fantastic. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced from the start. On the day of the installation, they arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and actually finished ahead of schedule. Communication was great throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening.
Caroline Dance15 June 2026We recently had 2 air con units installed in our lounge and master bedroom. We chose Copley Cooling as they were local to us in Horsham, we were also impressed by Will and his ability to adapt to our surroundings and recommend the best units to cool our rooms down. On installation day the team were efficient and very tidy, completing the job in a day. We would highly recommend Copley Cooling Ltd.

Sarah Rogers3 June 2026Will and his team delivered a first class service to us during the unprecedented heatwave. Despite temperatures being dangerously high in our roof they worked everyday to complete the job on time. They were tidy, respectful and communicated with us at every stage of the job. We are so pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Wills knowledge of his products is second to none and he was a pleasure to work with.
Steven Szeto24 May 2026We had Copley Cooling install 3 air conditioning systems in our home between March and April this year, including 3 outdoor units and 4 indoor units. One of the systems was for our loft extension, where we didn’t have space for a traditional indoor unit. Copley Cooling suggested a floor-standing unit, which has been neatly fitted under the loft window. It works brilliantly and keeps the loft comfortable in both freezing winter and extremely hot summer weather. All units were installed by William and his partner. Their work was efficient, professional, and completed to a very high standard. They also cleaned the site thoroughly after installation, leaving no mess behind. We previously used Copley Cooling in 2023 to install a simpler system in our garden house, and they did an excellent job then as well. That positive experience is why we chose to use them again this year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional air conditioning installation.
Neil Rudge14 May 2026We had a great experience with Copley Cooling. Very friendly and professional company, talked us through all options, didn't try and over sell us, and did exactly as they said they would do. Very polite on site and really nice, tidy work. Very pleased.
D G4 May 2026Really good experience with Will and his team at Copley Cooling. Just had a four room aircon system installed and we are delighted with the project. We went with Samsung windfree units. We have a tile hung house which other companies did not want to take on. Copley routed the piping up through the loft and down into the rooms from above. Very nice finish outside as well as inside. The project itself was a three day job. The team were on time every day, worked hard, tidy and left the house like they had never been there. The admin side was also very smooth. Impressive project from initial contact to completion. Highly recommended.
Kevin Button28 April 2026Great service, great product, expertly fitted . Super experience. Thanks to all.
Kajal Randeva28 April 2026Such a great team! Really efficient at giving a quote and fab on the day too! Piping needing for the fan is top quality, very happy with the outcome!

Andy Moran31 October 2025We recently had three air conditioning units installed across two locations by Will and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. justin rose30 October 2025Really competitive quote, really good communication. Managed to fit me in earlier than planned, which was really appreciated. The guys arrived on time, really polite and efficient and have done an excellent job. Unit is for a 6m x 4m wooden summerhouse and it heats it up really quickly in these colder months. Sure it’ll do an excellent job in cooling things down in the summer. Couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend.
Susan Hammond26 October 2025I am delighted with my air conditioning unit that was fitted a couple of weeks ago. Will and his young lad who was assisting were polite and efficient and didn't make a mess. I haven't tried the cooling as yet, given the time of year but the heating is great, it heats up the room very quickly and is very quiet. Altogether very happy.
Gavin Stevens5 October 2025Will and the team were great, arrived on time, took care of moving all of the furniture out of the way for the installation, covered everything well and when they left it was like they’d never been there, everything back in its place clean and tidy. The installation is very neat and tidy exactly as we had hoped it would be. Will took the time to run through the instructions for the units in detail. Thank you so much for your hard work we really appreciate the time and care taken.
David30 September 2025Very happy with the help Will and team provided. We had a tricky installation and a preferred external option - neither were a problem for Will and team and they did a great job at a reasonable price. There were a couple of snagging items (more to do with the manufacturer) but these were sorted out quickly and with no fuss. Would certainly recommend.
Chris Clapham20 September 2025Will and his team from Copley Cooling did a great job installing 4 Samsung WindFree AC units. Will is very knowledgeable and there was great communication throughout the process. I even asked to add a 4th unit the day before the install was scheduled, which required a different outside unit. Will was very understanding and made all the necessary arrangements to accommodate the additional unit. Will and his team were all polite, friendly and the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you!
Louise Leung12 September 2025From the start the whole experience with Copley Cooling had been amazing! Lauren called me from my enquiry very promptly and arranged for William to meet us on site. TEA ON THE GREEN, in Tadworth is very much a work in progress and when we were told that the AC unit could be installed regardless of the fact that we still didn't have electricity supply to the property was one of the 1st great things we had heard in a while!! 4 working days after his site visit....we were having our AC unit installed! The were really efficient, clean, tidy and attentative! I am in LOVE with my AC machine even though its not on yet and I love the way it looks!! I can't wait to have William install AC units at home!
Collette Barker4 September 2025Excellent job, we’re very pleased with the installation and end result. Will and Charlie worked in difficult conditions, the weather was awful but they carried on regardless. The inside A/C unit looks good and is very quiet. Outside they’ve made a neat job too. Professional, respectful, tidy, no issues which is a joy.

James Duncan26 June 2025Will did a great job installing a Samsung Windfree AC in our bedroom. He went out of his way to accommodate our builder's timeline, as I wanted all the pipes hidden internally. Will first fixed all the pipework while the extension was a shell and being built, and then returned on a second visit when the room was finished to install the compressor and fan unit. We have had the system running over the past few months (during the hot weather), and everything works well. I have no hesitation recommending Will and Copley Cooling.

Both William and Aaron were polite, respectful and hard working. We are delighted with the end result, and we would certainly recommend Copley Cooling.25 April 2024Air conditioning Brilliant company. 26 January 2024Fitting of 3 Heat Inverters and 6 Stylish indoor units We moved in a year ago and started modernising the property. Several hundred thousand pounds later we decided to fit air conditioning as it gets really hot in summer and our boiler is a bit small for the property. Will did a fantastic job explaining the process, ordering all the equipment and fitting it. He arranged a fab electrician who did the exterior cable and a new RCBO in consumer unit. We worried that the install would wreck the new decor but Will is so conscientious and it is fitted so well most people don't notice it. A very happy customer. Don't call anyone else. Will is the best.
23 October 2023Fit 3 AC units I had three indoor AC units fitted and connected to one outdoor unit. The job was completed swiftly and looks great. All the rubbish was taken away at the end and the place was left clean and tidy.
